Cancellation Policy

At Beauty by Gloria Guerrero, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect the time of all clients, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure I stay on time for other clients.
